My payment has failed
In the event that your payment has been rejected, it might be worthwhile to attempt an alternative payment method such as Paypal or a different payment card. It's important to note that your order has not been accepted unless you have viewed an order confirmation page and received an order confirmation email.
To minimize the risk of payment rejection when placing a new order, we recommend checking the following:
- Verify that your card details are accurate, including the expiry date and billing address.
- Ensure that you input the security code correctly, which is the three-digit number found on the back of your card.
- Your payment may have been rejected by your card issuer. Since they do not provide us with the reason, we recommend contacting them or your bank to investigate further.
- If you have checked all of the above and your payment is still being declined, try using a different payment card.
