Can I exchange my item?

To exchange a product on our site, simply return the unwanted item according to our returns policy and place a separate order for the replacement.

Alternatively, we can coordinate a chargeable collection of the unwanted item when delivering the replacement. You must pay for the new item and any applicable delivery fees.

Once the original item arrives back and is inspected by our warehouse team, we will process and refund it, including the relevant reduction for our collection service. If you wish to use our optional collection service for an exchange, please contact our customer service team.
